RETURN POLICY

We will happily take care of your return for a refund, exchange, or store credit provided the item and its packaging are in the original condition (NOT USED) within 30 days of your purchase. 

Please refer to the Return Policy below for more details. 

 *Refunds and exchanges are not available on free, promotional, or final sale items.

RETURN POLICY

Refund: Once your return package is verified by UPS, please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to process the return. Please note that the $7.50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Store Credit: We will exchange your item for store credit. Once your return package is verified by UPS, you will receive a refund in the form of a digital gift card within 24 hours. 

Exchanges: We will exchange your item, only for a different size. At this time, we cannot guarantee stock availability, so please return your original order as soon as possible after receiving your prepaid return shipping label. If the item isn't available, we recommend exchanging for store credit & placing a new order once the digital store credit is received.

*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to UPS.*

We only process returns and exchanges through the portal linked above.

Salty Crew does not accept any responsibility for products/orders returned outside the return portal.
