*HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY*

Orders placed between November 1st to December 31st, 2021, will have until January 31st, 2022 to exchange, return, or receive store credit for the order.

Exchange: If stock is available.
Refund: Allow 3-5 business days once package has been scanned & shipped by USPS.
Store Credit: We'll send you a Digital Gift Card when you drop your return package off at USPS and your return is verified.

Salty Crew will happily exchange or refund your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tag attached.
Refunds and exchanges are not available on free, promotional, or discounted items.
Free return shipping is available on all returns/exchanges. 

 

Refund: Once your return package is verified by USPS, please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to process the return. 

Store Credit: Once your return package is verified by USPS, you will receive a refund in the form of a digital gift card within 24 hours. 

Exchanges: We will only be able to exchange your item for a different size. At this time, we cannot guarantee stock availability, so please return your original order as soon as possible after receiving your prepaid return shipping label. If the item isn't available, we recommend exchanging for store credit & placing a new order once the digital store credit is received.

*Please note, that any original shipping costs cannot be refunded because those charges have already been paid to UPS.*

We only process returns and exchanges through the portal linked above.
Salty Crew does not accept any responsibility for products/orders returned outside the return portal.
